Organized Home
Before our arrival we ask you to please tidy toys, clothes, counters, blankets, shoes etc. We have specific times allocated to each home, so please help us give you a better clean by having a pre organized home before our arrival. We know occasionally you rush out the door, same as us! But if the same rooms are in dismay continuously these rooms will be skipped over and will still be invoiced for.
Timing & Reminders
If you would like us to be at your home at a specific time, we recommend a 9:00am time slot if available. Unless you are the first cleaning of the day, we cannot guarantee we will arrive at an exact time, but we will do our best to arrive within an hour of your requested time. As we clean homes during the day, we often encounter things that excel or delay our arrival at our next home, like traffic, or a customer who would like some additional help. Please keep an eye on your appointment text reminders for your window of arrival.
Quotes
Our quotes are given over the phone sight unseen. Sometimes conditions are worse than the customer says, or the size is larger than expected and we reserve the right to change the quote before any work is done. We will make sure any new charges are approved before starting the job. If we can not get a hold of you, we will do as much as we can for the price you were quoted. If there is any suspicion of bug infestation or rodent problems on the property the cleaners will stop and leave and you will be charged hourly for work that was done. Unless otherwise discussed hourly jobs will be $55.00 per hour per cleaner. If the appointment is canceled based on any of these circumstances, there will be a 1-hour charge for each cleaner at a rate of $55.00 per hour plus taxes.

Deposits and late fees
One time cleans and move outs have a deposit of 50% this must be paid prior to reserving the appointment time along with a Credit Card held on file to be charged by end of appointment day. Invoices for reoccurring services are due on your appointment day; We understand sometimes things come up and invoices are forgotten or missed. If missed payments on reoccurring appointments become a problem a credit card will need to be held on file to continue services. Invoices past 30 days will receive 1.5% late fee per month. Invoices past 90 days will be sent to an outside collection agency.
Cancelations and Lock outs
Please note that if service is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, we are unable to access the home upon arrival or we are turned away at the door, a cancelation/lockout fee equal to 50% of the service price will be charged. Please let us know of any appointments you are wanting to skip ASAP so we can get the spot filled. This helps keep our employees’ schedules full and helps us fill canceled spots.
Not Included
We will move “light” furniture and try to reach all visible places either by hand or with an extension duster, but we will not move all furniture and it is left up to each cleaner to use their discretion.
-Light fixtures, dishes, or blinds will not be included during any appointment, these items pose too big of a liability for us.

Move outs
it is mandatory for us to have power and water. If we arrive and do not have access to running water or power the appointment will be canceled and the deposit will be non-refundable. For move out/ins the house must be completely empty if there is anything left in the house these areas will be skipped over.
